MOTS-C  is an exercise-induced mitochondrial-encoded regulator of age-dependent physical decline and muscle homeostasis.

Research shows the Mitochondrial-Derived Peptide MOTS-C may potentially help promote metabolic homeostasis and longevity, improves exercise capacity, reduces obesity, insulin resistance and other disease processes such as osteoporosis.
