How do I Create an account?

Click the profile button located on the upper right top of the website to create an account or login.

In case you can’t recall your password, simply click on “Forgot Password” and look for the password reset email in your inbox, spam, or junk folders.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Elevate2XL does not allow returns or refunds of any kind.

When checking out, all customers have checked off that they acknowledge the Return & Refund Policy. Once you checkmark that you accept the policy, you acknowledge you are not allowed to return any products, or request a refund.

The only way to return a product is if you received the wrong product, and it is unopened.

To address the issue, kindly email us at support@elevate2xl.com with the following information within 7 days of receiving the product:

  • A clear photo of the item/s you received, highlighting the problem.

  • A photo of the packaging displaying the tracking number.

  • If the issue applies to multiple shipments (more than 1 package), please send separate photos for each, as instructed.

  • If you received the wrong product, we will accept a return if it is unopened & provide you with the proper item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products.

Notifying us about any order issues within 7 days from the delivery date is essential. Beyond this timeframe, we won’t be able to work toward a solution with you.

We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all the information you’ve entered in your order form before finalizing and submitting it. You may also conveniently view your order details and status anytime in the Orders tab within the customer dashboard.

If you need to make adjustments to your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us promptly at support@elevate2xl.com. It’s important to note that modifications can only be made if the order is still processing. Once an order is designated for shipping, any changes become ineligible.

If you need to cancel orders with pending payments, simply log into your Elevate2XL account and go to the Orders tab. For orders with confirmed payments, a cancellation request will be treated as a refund, and you can find further information in our Refunds section.

We do not issue refunds or returns, as stated in our Return Policy that is agreed upon when checking out.

In cases where applicable, we can process a refund to the original payment method, deducting a $25 processing fee per transaction, as well as a restocking fee per product if applicable. Non-refundable charges include any banking inconvenience fees and shipping costs if your order has already been dispatched.

Any chargebacks are treated with utmost seriousness.

In line with our commitment to preventing fraud, any chargeback will lead to the client being added to our no-sell list.

Many issues can often be resolved more efficiently through direct communication with us. SARMs and other research chemicals on our website are not approved by the FDA and are strictly for R&D. Their sole purpose is for research applications. Therefore, we do not provide any guidance on dosages or usage. Discussing these matters goes against Federal Laws, which we strictly observe for our business’s long-term compliance.

We’re meticulous about choosing only the finest raw materials during our selection process, with each batch going through stringent purity testing in a USA-based laboratory before it’s prepared for distribution.

If you’re uncertain about the quality of our product, you have the option to test the product you have purchased at any HPLC-licensed testing facility. In the event of unfavorable results, we will provide a refund for the following as long as there is official paperwork to substantiate:

Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to recieve my order?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

In case of delays due to product unavailability, we will email you with the expected shipping date. Orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days.

Please understand that once your order leaves our facility, we can’t ensure precise arrival times due to potential delays beyond our control. Tracking information may take a few days to update.

Shipping address changes are possible only if the order is still processing. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we cannot modify it. Check your order status in the “Orders” tab anytime.

Please take note that once an order is processed, we we cannot change the address, refund or reship orders with incorrect customer-provided addresses. We only follow what is indicated on the order form details.

Once your order is dispatched, an email containing your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided in your order form. When you complete a payment on our site, we handle your payment details with the utmost care. Once the transaction is done, we don’t retain any payment information, ensuring the safety of your sensitive data against potential breaches.

At this time, Elevate2XL only ships within the USA.

If your order includes a mix of SARMs, PCT, and Peptides, note that some peptides can ship with SARMs or PCT, while others are usually sent separately. This means you might get two tracking numbers. You can also log in to your Elevate2XL account to track your order.

If you receive an incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours. We will verify if your order is coming in separate shipments.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to apply the discount code retroactively. Our system doesn’t allow modifications to processed transactions without incurring extra charges. If discount is not applicable on your next purchase, please call support at (772)-300-2982 and we will apply before its processed.

If you’re interested in purchasing an item that is currently out of stock, feel free to contact us through any of our communication channels. We can assist you in placing an advance order and provide information on the expected restocking timeline.

Additionally, you have the option to enter your email address on the out-of-stock product page. This way, you’ll receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

Some products show the available stock count directly, while others might not display the count on the product page. However, for products without a stock count, you’ll notice a clickable and highlighted “Add to Cart” button, indicating availability. On the other hand, unavailable products will have an “Out of Stock” label instead of a button.

Peptide FAQ

In what form are your peptides supplies?

The peptides you’ll receive are in lyophilized powder form, as any alternative type would lead to rapid degradation during transit. Consequently, the bacteriostatic water for reconstitution needs to be bought separately

This prevents atmospheric water from condensing onto the peptide, which is crucial because peptides are often sensitive to moisture and can easily absorb it. To counteract this, avoid moisture-related deterioration or crystal formation that can complicate handling due to their powdered state. We recommend aliquoting the peptides based on your experimental needs, minimizing freeze-thaw cycles and infrequent vial openings to maintain peptide integrity.
